BES Olympic Day 5/20

posted May 6, 2016, 7:04 AM by Melissa Ohlendorf
On Friday, May 20, students in grades 1-5 will participate in a full-day school Olympics. The rain-date has been scheduled for May 24. In order for this to be a success, each classroom will need at least 5-6 parents to serve as small group chaperones. If you can join us, please complete the form that was sent home in Friday folders, or stop in the office for an additional form.

Class colors for Olympic Day are as follows:
Grade 1 - Green, Grade 2 - Yellow, Grade 3 - Red, Grade 4 - Orange, Grade 5 - Blue. Students are asked to wear t-shirts of their class color.

All students will need a sack lunch and drink from home on this day. No lunch will be served from the cafeteria.

The PTO will be selling a variety of snacks from a concession stand. Information on these items and their prices will be sent home soon from the PTO.

Students may also need sunscreen, a hat and a jacket, depending on the weather. Please dress them for the day's weather.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office at 708-946-2202.
