An accomplishment like this is only possible with a great performance by the entire team. The seven runners that competed this weekend were: Hailey Janssen, Kasey Swanson, Tori Fasano, Allie Burchett, Regina Gianotti, Christina Wang, and Isabella Olson. Congratulations to the Ladycats!

As a team, the boys fell short, earning a 12th place finish. However, Adam Swanson finished in 17th place, earning him a spot in the State Finals for the 7th straight year! The State Meet will be held in Peoria on Saturday, Nov. 4.

BHS "BE" Bench

posted Oct 16, 2017, 12:45 PM by Melissa Ohlendorf   [ updated Oct 16, 2017, 12:46 PM ]

The Be...Bench project was created to spread a message of encouragement and inspiration.  The bench will stay at the high school, but t-shirts and sweatshirts are now available to help spread the message outside the school building!

Why BE…?  There will be times in life when we will face different circumstances and challenges, these situations have the potential to affect us in a positive or negative way.   It is how we respond to those circumstances that can make all the difference in our mental health and overall well being.

The purpose of the BE...Bench is to encourage and inspire others to think about who they are, and how they display their personal character.   The BE...Bench is a visual reminder for all who view it to BE…

How will you finish your BE...statement?

T-shirts and sweatshirts with the BE...message may be purchased through an online store until October 27, 2017. Orders may be shipped directly to the purchaser. For local orders only, shirts may be shipped to Beecher High School. A pick up date will be announced at a later time. A portion of all sales will be donated to the school to support social/emotional and mental health initiatives.

There are many different colors and styles to choose from!  Follow this link to order:
