Superintendent’s Blog – Student Opportunities and Supports

I have recently hosted a series of committee meetings to obtain input from the learning community, eliciting feedback on areas that we could better serve our students, staff, parents, and community. The first group to meet was Student Opportunities and Supports, looking at ways that we can make our students more successful. As the temperature finally gets warmer, the high school would like to send out a reminder to all families of the new board policy at events on Beecher 200U properties in regards to golf carts. Part C of Board Policy 8:30 reads: On District property, all golf carts must comply with the same laws and expectations as other motorized vehicles.
