Kindness Day Assembly

Our Kindness Day Assembly was a great success! BES had a Kindness Day Assembly where members of our Kindness Club performed skits for the whole school. They did a great job showing students how to be kind to others while at school. Great job Kindness Club!

I have recently hosted a series of committee meetings to obtain input from the learning community, eliciting feedback on areas that we could better serve our students, staff, parents, and community. The first group to meet was Student Opportunities and Supports, looking at ways that we can make our students more successful. Help BES Raise Funds for 2019-2020 T-shirts

We are selling Smencils, Smens, and Jumbo Smickers in the main office to raise money for student t-shirts for the upcoming school year. They will be available for purchase before school from 7:40 A.M. to 8:05 A.M. and after school from 3:10 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Students and parents alike can come in and purchase beginning Monday. Mobile Dentist at Beecher Elementary

The mobile dentist will be visiting Beecher Elementary on Tuesday, April 9th and will be located downstairs in Room 41. Reminder for all Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th graders that the state of Illinois requires a dental exam, and this would fulfill the requirement.
