School Calendar: February 12, 2019 This Year (2018-2019) – With the poor weather that we have had and subsequent school days lost, our current school calendar has changed significantly. We will now be in session on the following days: Monday, April 22, 2019 Friday, May 3, 2019 Friday, May 24, 2019 Thursday, June 6, 2019 Friday, June 7, 2019 Since we only have to make up the first five (5) days missed, any additional school closings will not result in additional calendar changes. Therefore, June 7th will be the last day of student attendance and an 11a dismissal. Next Year …

Parents: Illinois 5-Essentials Survey Now Open! Help provide feedback to the State BOE

Beecher CUSD 200U will join the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) in the seventh statewide survey of school climate and learning conditions. The survey provides a unique opportunity for students, teachers, and parents to have a voice in improving their schools. From December 11 through January 18, students and teachers will be asked to take a 25 -minute research-based survey to help identify strengths and weaknesses in their school’s learning environment. The parent survey supplement will be administered from November 15th through January 18th. These surveys will serve as an opportunity for schools to reflect on progress since the …
