eFunds for Schools Online Payments

For any payments for course fees, gym uniforms, locks for lockers, etc, please visit eFunds to make payments.

You can also use the eFunds mobile version here.

If you cannot pay online, in-person payment is available by cash and check after you complete online registration. If you have any questions, call your school office for more information.

Registration Information

Important dates and times:

  • June 5 – Parent portals close to access PowerSchool after the current school year ends.
  • June 5 – Summer office hours of Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 2 PM begin in all buildings. BES office has been relocated to the Jr. High due to construction.
  • July 18 - Special Services will be available for registration questions at the Jr. High School 8 AM - 3 PM
  • July 18 - July 21 – Online and in-person registration opens for next school year. Look for an email with a “Snap Code” if your student is returning, and use that code during the online registration process. School fees will also be added to eFunds on July 18 and are due when you register.
     

In-Person Registration Week Hours July 18 - 21 

Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8 AM to 2 PM, Extended hours Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM

  • July 25 - August 12 – Online registrations for the 2022/2023 school year will be reviewed and approved. Online registration will continue to be open. Upon approval, returning students will then have their parent and student portals reopened for access within 48 hours. You may receive a phone call at this time if further information is needed.
  • August 15 - August 19 – Registration processing closed
  • August 22 – Registration processing re-opens

 

After registering, your information is reviewed for completeness. This review process can take some time to ensure all documentation is correct. Within 24 hours of approval by your building office, your PowerSchool parent portal access will be turned on for the new school year. You can view scheduling information within your parent portal.

New Students - Register Here

NEW STUDENTS ONLY: After submitting,
visit the district office on or after July 18th.
The district office is located in the High School
at 538 Miller Street, Beecher IL.

Returning Students - Register Here

RETURNING STUDENTS: Use the Snap Code
sent to your guardian email on file, then click the
link above once you have your Snap Code ready.

If you need help with registration, please first contact your school office and ask for the Snap Code. Once you have your Snap Code, please call PowerSchool Registration support directly at 866-434-6276 and ask to speak to a family registration representative.

Registration Forms

New residents will need two utility bills with current address (dated within 30 days) and a signed statement from the landlord (if renting).

Proof of Residency form is required each year (including for returning students).
